Folks — I hear from people in Wisconsin every day who struggle to afford the rising price of medications they need.

For far too long, skyrocketing prescription drug costs have been a burden for working families, while big drug companies have enjoyed huge tax breaks and record profits.

That’s why I voted for the Inflation Reduction Act, which included provisions to lower prescription drug costs and cut back on the influence Big Pharma has in Washington.

But getting it across the finish line wasn’t easy.

Despite pleas from voters across the country to address unnecessarily high prescription drug costs, every single Republican senator — including Ron Johnson — voted against this bill. And we know why: They don’t want to upset the mega-donors or shady special interests who sign their campaign checks.

Sell-out politicians like Ron Johnson are doing everything they can to block our progress. Help us defeat him and defend our Democratic Senate majority this November by chipping in now before our mid-month deadline expires Sunday night.

Thank you for your support on this, team. I’ll never stop fighting for relief for working families when it comes to health care.
