John,
Good news: Under the stewardship of Gov. Ned Lamont, our state has seen three years of budget surplus. In fact, the $4.3 billion surplus of this past fiscal year is unprecedented in our state’s history.
It means we’ll be able to pay down our debt, add to our rainy-day fund, cut taxes for the middle class, and invest in our children’s education.
Democrats have done so much for Connecticut families. Now we have to make sure this progress keeps going!
You can help by making a contribution today. We’re working to raise $20,000 before the end-of-quarter deadline on September 30, but we can’t do that without your support. [[link removed]]Donate [[link removed]]
Our extraordinary budget surplus is transformative; something that will be a boon for future generations.
But if Bob Stefanowski wins this election, the progress we’ve made will be lost.
These past few years have been so important for lifting up hardworking Connecticut families and delivering for every community — including small towns and rural communities. With the largest tax cut in state history this year, it’s critical we keep things going in the right direction.
That’s why I’m asking you to donate whatever you can today. We need to make our goal for this final end-of-quarter filing coming up on September 30. [[link removed]]Donate [[link removed]]
