Nancy Mace’s new ad campaign is nothing but misleading about her record. While attacking those with a different opinion than her, she brags about putting the Lowcountry first.
But when has she actually done that?
It wasn’t when she voted against the first major infrastructure measure in decades to improve our roads and bridges or when she voted against supporting struggling new mothers.
She didn’t put the Lowcountry first when she denied the reasons behind our rising sea levels or responded to senseless shootings of kids not by supporting gun safety measures but by launching an ad that shows her proudly pointing a gun.
And she wasn’t thinking of Lowcountry women when she co-wrote the 6 week abortion ban in South Carolina and voted against federal abortion rights legislation.
