There is no way to overstate the importance of this election: The work we do in the next 8 weeks has the potential to shape climate action, healthcare policy, criminal justice reform, labor rights, abortion rights, and voting rights for a generation.
If Republicans regain control of either the House or Senate, every progressive priority will be set back for decades.

We know you get a lot of emails from different organizations and campaigns. We get those panic-stricken, “sky is falling” messages, too – and we don’t like them any more than you do.

Brand New Congress is a purely grassroots organization. We don’t take a dime from corporate PACs and there are no billionaires lining up at our door. Instead we depend on individual contributions from regular people, mostly made through emails like this one, to do our work. In fact, our average donation this month is just $15.44.
And we are able to do A LOT with a little. On our humble budget, we recruited and helped elect AOC, Cori Bush, and Jamaal Bowman . We helped Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick win her special election primary by FIVE VOTES last year.
We’ve supported the reelection campaigns of bold progressive leaders like Rashida Tlaib and Katie Porter.
Now we have 7 MORE candidates (soon to be 8! stay tuned!) on the ballot in November.
Five BNC candidates are running for open seats.
Three are running to flip Republican seats.
One is running to replace a corporate Democrat owned by Big Pharma.
