2019 was an exciting year for HomeKeeper! We reached 100 participating organizations using our HomeKeeper app! This year alone, we added 23 new organizations including: 12 Habitat affiliates, 6 Community Land Trusts and 5 housing counseling agencies.

Grounded Solutions Network is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to lead user onboarding and provide user training and support for HomeKeeper, our Salesforce app for affordable homeownership and housing counseling programs. Reporting to the Director of HomeKeeper and working alongside the 2 Senior Support Specialists, the ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of experience, and strong writing, organizational and problem-solving skills to support Grounded Solutions’ mission of creating nationwide housing programs with lasting affordability.
