We are very excited to host Congresswoman Jacobs in the 13th Congressional District. Like Emilia she is a staunch defender of reproductive rights. She has been a fierce fighter in Congress in protecting reproductive health data and the right to contraception. Congresswoman Jacobs also shares Rep. Sykes passion for reducing infant and maternal mortality and has introduced the Reach Every Mother and Child Act, bipartisan legislation to improve the United States’ assistance efforts to end preventable deaths of young children, newborns, and mothers.
