We’ve long seen the fissures in our democracy and the inability of our current economic model to correct for widening inequality; as those forces have come into ever clearer relief, we have been relentlessly innovating new models for the future.

And, we’ve created "The Future is Us Fund" to ensure we can make critical investments in domestic worker leadership because, when women of color lead, they can build a world that allows all people to live with dignity and respect .
