Hey John – Once again, I’m up late prepping for tomorrow’s debate. It’s the first debate of the general election, which may be the most important debate of this entire campaign.

Tomorrow’s debate is hosted by VTDigger, one of the most popular news sites in Vermont. With ballots for the midterms being mailed to all registered voters this month, I expect voters to tune into this debate in order to make their decisions and begin casting their ballots.

A lot has changed since the primary. I’m squaring off against Republican and Libertarian candidates with visions for Vermont vastly different from my own. I expect to be challenged and questioned with more scrutiny than ever before in these general election debates, and I want to send a message that our grassroots movement has the strength and scrappiness needed to win – starting by bringing 50 small donations in the door before tomorrow’s debate.
