Friend, Did you know that September 20th, 2022 marks this year’s Voter Registration Day? This day, which was first observed in 2012, is a nonpartisan civic holiday celebrating our democracy responsible for the registration of nearly 4.7 million voters to date! We’re celebrating this holiday on this week’s Out In Front with Annette — who just got back from Washington, DC to celebrate the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act — to break it all down for you, from how to register to where to register and how to check your registration status! We’ll be joined by Angelina Saldana, the Voter Registration Coordinator at Silver State Voices, Reverend Leonard B. Jackson, the Executive Director of Faith Organizing Alliance, and last but certainly not least Yesenia Castro, the Administrative Coordinator from the Las Vegas Indian Center.
