You may have heard that our own Senator here in South Carolina, Lindsey Graham, introduced a 15 week federal abortion ban bill this week.

I don’t need to tell you why this is a dangerous measure and why politicians should not have a say in women’s life-altering and, in some cases, life-ending healthcare decisions.

What I will tell you is that this reminds me of when Nancy Mace helped write South Carolina’s 6-week near-total abortion ban in the state legislature. “Leaders” like this should not be in office. Nancy’s record is one that should raise a million red flags:

→ Mace supports criminalizing doctors for performing abortions
→ Mace celebrated when Roe was overturned
→ Mace voted against codifying Roe into federal law
→ Mace didn’t vote to allow women to travel out of state for abortions
→ Mace scrubbed her anti-women, anti-science position from her website, not because she changed her mind, but because she knows how unpopular it is

We deserve a representative who actually cares about our freedoms, not one who is only interested in her own brand and attacks our rights at every turn.
