Yesterday, Senate Republicans introduced a national abortion ban. This is yet another insulting attack on women's health, and we need to show the far right that there are electoral consequences for their extreme positions.

I'm facing a tough re-election fight against a Republican who publicly cheered when Roe v. Wade was overturned. Will you donate $10 right now to help us defeat him and ensure that the people of VA-10 retain pro-choice leadership?

I've repeatedly voted to federally protect the right to choose — something my opponent will never do. I'll continue to champion reproductive freedom as long as I'm in Congress, and I won't let the far right intimidate me.

But make no mistake, JOhn: if Republicans take back Congress, we will see many more attempts to further restrict reproductive rights – and extremists will have the leverage of federal budget fights to advance their positions.

So it's never been more important to secure a strong pro-choice majority in Congress, and we can't do it if we lose districts like VA-10. That's why I'm asking for your help.
