On September 14, 2022, during a regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following action:

The Board adopted final rules (CR 103) to implement 2022 legislation Senate Bill (SB) 5940 (codified as RCW 66.24.248). SB 5940 created a new packaging services endorsement allowing breweries, wineries, and distilleries to contract with each other to provide certain packaging services, such as canning, bottling, bagging, mixing, and repacking. The rules take effect October 15, 2022.
