John, it’s clear: education about what an abortion is and when human life begins in the womb is needed in America, now more than ever.
At one point, Dr. Phil argued that there is no scientific consensus on when human life begins.
I responded that it is a basic scientific fact you can find in any biology textbook: we all start life as a single-cell embryo, genetically distinct from our parents. It’s human biology 101.
However, what Dr. Phil was trying to argue, like so many pro-abortion advocates, is that a human being’s "personhood" somehow gets assigned after birth. But he's wrong there, too.
Any time, in human history, when we deny personhood, or human rights to humans because of ANY factor—race, age, sex, or religion—we open the door to history's worst human rights abuses.
The Holocaust. The Rwandan Genocide. Slavery.
A human embryo is small and dependent, but so is a human newborn or toddler. Your size, development, or level of dependency doesn't dictate your humanity or worth.
If you're a member of the human species, you have human rights.
Period.
Live Action directly combats these lies every single day through our videos, articles, and graphics—spreading the truth about when life begins and the inherent dignity of the human person from the point of fertilization.
You can fuel this momentum of getting the truth about the killing of preborn children in front of every single American—changing minds from pro-abortion to pro-life.
Will you make a generous gift to Live Action to defend the right to life of preborn children?

We must relentlessly defend life and amplify the pro-life truth to transform our culture.
We CAN end abortion and we will, one heart and mind at a time.
