Our first TV ad is focused on the right to an abortion because politicians are trying to take away the rights Californians still have. Just today Senate Republicans announced they’re introducing legislation to ban abortion nationwide.
The word “extreme” may get tossed around a lot, but making it illegal to have an abortion really is extreme, and Katie’s Republican opponent supports an abortion ban without exceptions for rape or incest.
