Reproductive rights are on the ballot this November.

Phil’s opponent refuses to support abortion rights and said the Dobbs decision ending the federal right to an abortion was rightly decided.

Phil is committed to protecting women's reproductive rights, including access to birth control and the right to choose whether to have an abortion. He strongly believes that women–in consultation with their doctors–should make their own health care decisions, without the interference of the government. And he’ll fight to make sure Colorado doctors providing health care and patients seeking an abortion here won’t be subject to criminal actions in other states.

That’s why NARAL, Cobalt, Planned Parenthood Votes Colorado, and COLOR have all endorsed Phil for Attorney General.

We need to spread the word that Phil is the pro-choice candidate in this race. To do that, we’re sending postcards to voters to tell them that we can trust Phil to protect reproductive rights.
