Senator Lindsey Graham just introduced a bill to ban abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, when babies can feel pain. They can suffer.

We told you Roe v. Wade was just the beginning. As soon as the Supreme Court overturned Roe, the radical, pro-abortion Left took the fight to the states.

The abortion lobby began working to make Roe PERMANENT in every statehouse – and in Congress – regardless of the Supreme Court's decision.

Now they're legalizing infanticide.

The California legislature just passed a bill that uses the word "perinatal." That means a living child could be allowed to die up to four weeks AFTER birth.

Now the bill sits on Governor Gavin Newsom's desk. We sent an urgent legal letter to Gov. Newsom urging that he not sign this depraved infanticide legislation.

We're also preparing to file in 8 state Supreme Court cases nationwide to defend life – with numerous looming deadlines in the days ahead.

The ACLJ is closely reviewing Sen. Graham's proposed bill banning abortion after 15 weeks and will be prepared to take legal action to support it if necessary.

The radical Left won't stop until all abortion restrictions are lifted and abortion any time, for any reason (at the taxpayers' expense) becomes the law of the land.
