She is the creator of four books, including Yes Means Yes: Visions of Female Sexual Power and a World Without Rape and her latest, Believe Me: How Trusting Women Can Change the World. Cecilia Espinoza Palacios: Nicaraguan feminist and social worker with an MA in Gender and Development. For nearly two decades, Cecilia has worked as an advocate and technical advisor for sexual and reproductive health, rights and justice at a national, regional, and global level. Currently, Cecilia works as an Associate Director of Access at Ipas, focused in climate justice and adolescents and youth sexual and reproductive health and rights, including comprehensive sexuality education. Prior to joining Ipas, Cecilia served in different technical positions at the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM), the United Nations Develop Program (UNDP), Oxfam, and Ipas Central America.
