Making an argument is seldom permitted, and when you do, it's only when approved by the "Fact Checkers." This point may be debatable, but debate itself is now a lost concept. |

| Vice President Kamala Harris was "gaslighting" the American people when she likened those who question the integrity of the 2020 election to the perpetrators of the worst terrorist attack in U.S. history, lobbing a "gross insult" at those who perished on 9/11 and presenting "the picture of extreme" thinking, a Republican congressman has said. The actions of the Democratic Party - including those of Harris - could not survive the judgment she has passed on Republicans, he said. |

| As the Senate considers the "Respect for Marriage Act," a bill that would codify the right to same-sex marriage into federal law, dozens of conservative groups representing millions of Americans have expressed grave concerns that the legislation will imperil the religious freedom rights of Christians and those of other faiths who believe that marriage is a sacred bond established by God that is reserved for one man and one woman. Ordinary business owners like Donald Vander Boon have already experienced what life can be like when their beliefs about marriage run afoul with the federal government's view. |
