Dixie Jackson Arkansas Missions Offering



The Dixie Jackson Arkansas Missions Offering and Week of Prayer is intended to highlight and encourage Gospel work that Arkansas Baptists are faithfully supporting in our state and beyond. While it is still light, we have time to minister to Arkansans and lift high the name of Jesus. By doing this together we can have great impact through cooperation. The offering taken during this season supplements Cooperative Program gifts to provide additional funds for church planting, disaster relief, ministry to the next generation, and community missions. “Night is coming, when no one can work,” so let’s not waste the time God has given us!

One Day

One Day Acts 1:8 Missions Experience provides an annual opportunity for Arkansas Baptists to impact lostness in a specific area of our state. Partnering with the churches of a local association, Arkansas Baptists from across the state spend five hours on the first Saturday in October serving in a variety of ministries. This year, we will be ministering in Hot Springs and the surrounding community. Join us on October 1, 2022!

Inspire Women's Conference

The Inspire Women's Conference on September 24 is designed for women of all ages and stages of life! Returning to a traditional conference after two years away gives us a chance to reimagine Inspire and its future. You can still expect powerful worship, dynamic speakers, and meaningful times of connection that will bless, challenge, and equip you. There will also be new elements that will be fun and exciting. Disaster Relief Regional Training

You, too, can become a trained, credentialed Disaster Relief volunteer by attending regional training. Please prayerfully consider if Disaster Relief is a ministry in which the Lord is calling you to serve.

ServSafe

ServSafe® is a certification by the National Restaurant Association for safe food handling. After classroom instruction, a proctored exam will be given for a 5-year ServSafe Manager certificate. Join us for this training on October 8 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The cost is $70 per trainee.

Replicate at Camp Siloam

Replicate Retreat is a weekend of life-changing messages, powerful worship, small groups and interactive experiences challenging students to live a life full of purpose that impacts the Kingdom of God. Replicate’s vision is to share the Gospel while also offering opportunities for students, youth pastors, and leaders to be equipped and empowered to reach this generation and fulfill the Great Commission. The retreat will be September 23–25 at Camp Siloam, and the deadline to register is September 19.
