Two-thirds of Democrats and Independents support a Democratic debate on climate change.

Hundreds of thousands of you have demonstrated your support for one -- And we're one step closer to getting there.

We need more than one media outlet to host a townhall, though. We need the Democratic National Committee to lift the ban it has in place on non-DNC sponsored debates or host one itself.

It is beyond absurd that the DNC is willing to punish Presidential candidates for participating in a debate on climate change.

We need more than one selective town hall on this existential issue where only a couple of hand-picked candidates are allowed to weigh in.

We need an official debate so EVERY Presidential candidate has the opportunity to put forth their plans, go into detail about them (and be given more than just 30 seconds), and explain why their plan of action is what our country needs.

CNN is getting us one step closer -- Now is the time to strike while the iron is hot and the DNC is watching very closely to DEMAND a debate.
