Last month, President Joe Biden announced a plan to help middle-class families who are paying off crippling student loan debt. While we still have more work to do to ensure that everyone has a chance at a quality education without debt, this was a HUGE step that will make a difference for so many families.

Predictably, Republicans are melting down, calling the plan a “handout.” 🙄

Of course, they sure kept quiet when Trump and Republicans gave their billionaire backers trillions of dollars in tax cuts!
