Dear Friends,
Small, but mighty.
From our campaign kickoff in February to our all-out effort through this evening, this label was often used to describe our campaign. I am so proud of what we accomplished together these last seven months as we traveled across the Second Congressional District to hear from you and your families.
You welcomed me into your living rooms and kitchens, onto your front porches, and out to your backyards. You shared your stories, your concerns and hopes, and you asked all the important, tough questions about how we best move our state forward. Each day, thanks to your support, our campaign to send the state’s first Democratic woman to Congress got stronger and stronger.
And now we are taking that strength into November. We need to keep going to keep this seat firmly in Democratic hands. I know we can do this together.
So, today, I am asking you to join me in supporting our Democratic nominee, General Treasurer Seth Magaziner.
I love this state, and I know there is still so much good we can do together to make Rhode Island the best place to live, work, and raise a family.
