Later this month, the Senate set to vote for the Respect for Marriage Act, a bill that will federally protect marriage equality across the country.

Tammy is working hard to get as many votes on this bipartisan piece of legislation as possible — because everyone deserves the right to marry the person they love.

After the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade , conservative Justice Clarence Thomas signaled that marriage equality could be next, which is why we can’t waste a moment getting this critical legislation on President Biden’s desk.

Look, this bill should pass easily because the majority of Americans believe in marriage equality. People’s marriages should be treated equally and fairly under the law.
