John—yesterday, Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson announced that the city is receiving a “private grant” to conduct door-to-door efforts to turnout voters across the city. 

Is this Zuckerbucks part 2? Who’s funding these efforts? How much money is involved? How will Milwaukee implement these efforts?

We don’t know.

That’s because the Mayor provided none of those answers, and then had a spokesperson walk back everything that he announced yesterday. 

We. Don’t. Buy. It.
