keeping you up to date on all things Northeast Wisconsin A Special Edition of the August NEWsflash Friend, Every August, I take my entire staff on a tour across Wisconsin’s 8th district. Whether they hail from Wisconsin or not, they always learn something new each district tour. And so do I. This year, we visited all 11 counties and traveled hundreds of miles to meet people and learn more about their lives -- all in the hopes that we can bring some Northeast Wisconsin common sense back to Congress. In just five days we saw nearly every corner of the district. From Sturgeon Bay to Appleton, and Kewaunee to Shawano, we toured businesses of every size, ranging from global companies to the small mom-and-pop businesses that call our community home. I'm grateful to everyone who opened their doors to us on this year's District Tour, and appreciate each of you for allowing us to serve you. As Congress comes back into session today, my staff is more than ready to keep fighting for the people of Wisconsin's Eighth District.
