Today, Senator Lindsey Graham announced what will be his sixth attempt at
legislation imposing a national abortion ban — and this time, it’s the
most restrictive text yet, with a ban that would take effect after 15
weeks.

Despite this summer’s protests; overwhelming donations flooding in to
abortion funds; the stories of life-threatening, complex medical cases;
and even Republican-leaning Kansas rejecting the groundwork for a
statewide ban at the polls — Lindsey and the GOP are making it crystal
clear that this has never been about states' rights, it’s about taking
away our rights.
