I want to share a favorite quote of mine by Eleanor Roosevelt: "Big minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, small minds discuss people."

Over the past few months, we have heard from so many of you on the big ideas that will take our state forward: from historic investments in infrastructure and education, to defending and expanding the basic rights and freedoms of every Michigander.

I'm committed to continuing to discuss these big ideas in communities both large and small all across our state. That's why hitting our quarterly fundraising goals are so important -- it ensures we have the resources to do just that.
