The HOME Consortium of Skagit, Island, and Whatcom counties has been awarded $3.59 million in HOME ARP funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The funding is available to provide housing, services, and shelter to individuals experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations.
Our Consortium is currently accepting feedback on a draft HOME ARP action plan (*c**opies may be downloaded here* [ [link removed] ]).
The Skagit County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on *September 19, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.* in the Skagit County Commissioners Hearing Room to receive feedback on the plan.
