Senate Republicans just introduced a bill to ban abortions nationwide after 15 weeks, and I couldn’t be more pissed off.

This bill alone would be catastrophic for women in Ohio and across the country, but make no mistake: This is just a stepping stone.

What these right-wing extremists want is a complete and total ban on abortions—no exceptions, damn the consequences. And they won’t stop until they get it done.

I’m not exaggerating when I say this, folks: The future of abortion rights will be decided in November’s election. The most important thing we can do right now is stop the far-right from getting the votes they need to impose their radical anti-choice agenda.

This is one of the closest Senate races in the country and my far-right opponent JD Vance is as anti-choice as they come. He even called pregnancy from rape “inconvenient.”

Senate Republicans have made their plan clear all along: Pack the courts with right-wing judges, overturn Roe, enact a nationwide abortion ban.
