John, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham just announced plans to introduce a bill for a nationwide abortion ban.

This is exactly what we sounded the alarm about after the radical Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and stripped millions of the constitutional protections to reproductive care and bodily autonomy.

I will never let up in the fight to defend the right to an abortion.

I didn’t let up after the Supreme Court’s draconian decision, and instead helped pass the Women’s Health Protection Act to enshrine abortion access at the federal level. I didn’t let up when I protested the far-right’s continued attacks on reproductive rights, even if it meant getting arrested.

And I certainly won’t let up now.

But the truth is, our fight becomes immeasurably more difficult if Republicans take back control of Congress — and no one is standing in the way of their dangerous, extreme agenda.
