Friend, I'm livid.

Lindsey Graham and the GOP are introducing a bill that would BAN abortion nationwide.

This would strip an entire generation of Americans of their freedom to make decisions about their own bodies, and specifically, to decide about pregnancy. Health care decisions should be made in the exam room, not by GOP politicians.

Republicans across the country have spent decades waging an all-out assault to end safe and legal abortion, packing the Supreme Court to push their anti-abortion agenda. And now, after our fundamental right to choose has been stripped away, they want a nationwide ban.

But we can't lose all hope.

The BEST way we can protect abortion rights is if we hold our Democratic Senate and House majorities. They are our last line of defense against GOP attacks.

That's why I'm working with American Bridge, where we’re holding Republicans accountable for their extreme campaign to end reproductive rights. And to do that, we need to reach our goal of raising $20,000 by midnight tonight. So I'm asking:

Please, as we're reeling from this decision to introduce a nationwide ban, will you pitch in right away to make sure we keep the Senate and House blue and protect our fundamental rights for years to come?
