who wants an abortion but can’t get one under his extreme law, he
responded that, “They can get the Plan B pill.”

It’s cruel and inhumane — and we need to reject Abbott’s extremism at the
ballot box, and elect a governor who trusts women.
The good news is that all across the country, we’re seeing voters turn out
in droves to reject the extreme anti-abortion candidates and ballot
propositions that would take rights away from women.
The overturning of Roe v. Wade was a wake-up call, and like my mom and
former governor of Texas Ann Richards would say, I can hear America
singing.
But we need to work together to ensure that when our moment comes in Texas
— in just two short months — we’re ready to do the same. That’s why I’m
