I’ve got some disturbing breaking news, team:

Lindsey Graham is going to introduce a bill that would ban abortion nationwide into the United States Senate today. 

This is exactly what we were scared would happen when the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade earlier this summer. Now, Senate Republicans are using that decision to interfere in personal medical decisions that should be left between a woman and her doctor. 

If Senate Republicans win back Congress this fall, this nightmare legislation could become reality, as both Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy have made it clear they’re in favor of a nationwide abortion ban. 

The stakes are too high to lose even one seat this November. One seat could be the difference between American women losing the right to make their own healthcare decisions.

We have less than two months to fight back against Lindsey Graham, Mitch McConnell, and the rest of the Senate Republicans who are pouring money into battleground states in order to take back the Senate and roll back reproductive rights. It’s now or never. 

So I’m asking: Can you step up and pitch in any amount right now to protect and expand our Senate majority, and end Republicans’ chances of ever passing a nationwide abortion ban?
