The Briefing, Vol. X, Issue 37: Republicans improving key races
The main media narrative for the last couple of weeks has been about Democrats finding their sea-legs,surging back into contention in order to avoid a huge defeat in the Midterm. Still, several key individual races are starting to look a lot more promising for Republicans -- enough to cast doubt on that narrative. GOP voter enthusiasm outpaces that of Democrats as the last round of primaries goes forward.
