George M. Johnson has a message for you about our upcoming fundraiser, Courageous Voices, One Movement!

We will celebrate the power of solidarity in our collective movement for justice on Wednesday, September 14, from 5:30–7:00pm.

George M. Johnson, author and LGBTQIA+ activist, whose book All Boys Aren't Blue has been banned in more than 20 states. They will discuss the importance of coming together as the progressive majority to lend our courageous voices to the shared fight for expanding our rights and protections.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will support Courage's get-out-the-vote outreach efforts to younger voters, and to California voters statewide, for the critical November midterm elections.

The event will also include dynamic spoken word artist Tyris Winter, courageous community leaders from across California, and an appearance by Lil Miss Hot Mess (board member of the Drag Queen Story Hour).
