Who would be so nuts to admit they feel a "10 out of 10" safe while walking in Los Angeles? Karen Bass would – that’s who! The Democrat Congresswoman and mayoral candidate made the comments recently during a debate, which flies in the face of her having guns in her home which she reportedly bought for “self-protection” – the same guns which were stolen last week when her house was burglarized. This is rich, especially since she never met a gun control bill she didn’t like. She has been a consistent opponent of the Second Amendment, going so far as to participate in the 2016 Congressional sit-in against gun violence in an attempt to push legislation making it more difficult for Americans to own guns for self-protection. Make no mistake: This is typical Leftist HYPOCRISY: “What’s good for me is not good for thee!” LA voters should beware. Read more below.
And, the LA Times clutching it’s Leftist pearls is a thing of beauty. They are so mad at legislative Democrats for not being able to pass SB 918 (CCW restrictions) that their editorial board raked them over some pretty hot coals, stating “Arrogance, ineptitude and divisions among Democratic members allowed the pro-gun ideology to win, leaving Californians vulnerable to having more armed people in our communities and creating the potential for more violence.” While the Legislature’s Hefty Lefties did seriously miscalculate their anti-gun strategy on the final night of session, there is no way that Californians are suddenly going to be more “vulnerable.” Read more below about the LA Times AND the great numbers of defensive gun uses in our country!
