NRCAT convenes the Interfaith Working Group on Drone Warfare in Washington, D.C. and travels the halls of Congress with faith leaders to speak with congressional staff about the threats posed by drone warfare – particularly those posed by unchecked CIA secrecy in armed drone strikes.

This past spring, NRCAT and many of our allies in the faith community organized a "Rally to End Drone Warfare" in front of the General Atomics building in Washington, D.C. We called on Congress to ban all CIA drone strikes and called on General Atomics, a manufacturer of armed drones, to agree not to develop drones capable of attacking a target without direct human input.

In the fall, NRCAT provided leadership at a conference at Princeton Theological Seminary. There, 60 faith leaders were trained and equipped to educate their congregations about the negative impact of lethal drones on civilians, drone operators, and global security.
