Schiff is only asking for donations to House Majority PAC's contribution account, in amounts up to $5,000 from individuals, political committees, and other permissible sources under the Federal Election Campaign Act. He is not soliciting donations in any amount from corporations, labor organizations, foreign nationals, federal contractors, national banks, or corporations chartered by Congress.
Your contribution to House Majority PAC will be deposited in House Majority PAC's Contribution Account and is subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Individuals and Federal PACs may contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year to House Majority PAC's Contribution Account. Corporations, labor organizations, and other federally prohibited sources may not contribute to House Majority PAC's Contribution Account.
Contributions or gifts to House Majority PAC are not tax-deductible.
