Tell Senator Casey to keep fighting.

Friend –

We must protect pregnant workers in Pennsylvania and across the country. The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act is poised to become law and do exactly that.

But the U.S. Senate has delayed a vote for months. Senator Bob Casey is fighting for us, but Senate leaders are pushing back. He needs to hear from us.

Senator Casey has been one of PWFA's champions for almost ten years. We have to let him know how important it is that he doesn't give up the fight for a vote in September on this important legislation. <[link removed]>

Take Action <[link removed]>

The PWFA legislation would make sure pregnant workers don't face discrimination and can get the same workplace accommodations as everyone else, like people injured on the job or people with disabilities. This is so important for their health and economic security. It keeps pregnant people safe and on the job and prevents them from falling (deeper) into poverty just as they are expecting a child.

Combatting pregnancy discrimination and safeguarding the health and economic security of pregnant workers and their families must be a priority for the Senate. Now more than ever, these protections are essential.

Please take a minute and send an email to Senator Casey. Urge him to keep fighting for our families and do all that he can to help pass the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act now. <[link removed]>

Thank you for raising your voice.
