We’re Building a Pipeline of Black Political Talent

As our nation and communities become increasingly multicultural and multi-racial, staff leading campaign messaging and strategy must also reflect the growing diversity of our electorate - and that requires intentionality. It is critical to have Black campaign leaders and staff who are familiar with the interests and needs of voters, and who can help Black candidates connect authentically with the communities they are working to represent.

To this end, The Collective PAC is proud to have launched our Campaign Jobs Board to provide greater opportunities for diverse and dynamic talent to support and work with our endorsed candidates. To view the available campaign jobs submitted by our candidates click here.
