 John, At the end of this month, our campaign will face our LAST end-of-quarter deadline before Election Day. This will be one of our final opportunities to show the world that this people-powered team has what it takes to win. I won’t sugarcoat it – Our September fundraising will make or break this campaign. Right now, polling shows that my radical right-wing opponent and I are statistically-tied in this election. The only way to break through is to keep broadcasting my message to voters across the district. But without a surge in grassroots fundraising, we won’t be able to afford to keep our ads on TV through Election Day. Bottom line: Every single dollar we raise in the next 72 hours will bring us one step closer to winning this election. And I’ve never needed the support of this team more than I do right now.
