Friend – do you know where Marco Rubio is right now?! It's not easy to track that guy down ... 

It's pretty safe to say he isn't hard at work in the U.S. Capitol building. Marco Rubio has one of the worst attendance records in the Senate with tons of missed votes over the last five years.

Here's a better bet: Marco Rubio is probably at some ritzy fundraiser rubbing elbows with GOP megadonors and making promises to get them to write huge checks.

Because the truth is, friend, Marco Rubio isn't showing up to the job he was elected to do.
