Donald Trump is back on the campaign trail, pushing his MAGA candidates
with his Big Lie.
At a Pennsylvania rally, Trump repeated the lie that he didn’t lose the
2020 election, demonized the FBI for the search of his Mar-a-Lago
residence, and called the Justice Department “monsters controlled by
radical-left scoundrels.”(1) The rally also was standing room only,
filling the venue to capacity.(2)
Trump’s endorsed candidates across the country are repeating his lies over
and over again, and they’re instigating unprecedented political violence
and attacks.(3) The only way we can stop Trump’s lies is by putting the
truth about him and the January 6 insurrection in front of as many eyes as
possible.
We’ve driven more than 100,000 letters to Congress, demanding that the
remaining January 6 committee hearings be aired in prime time, and we’re
working to double that number. Then we’re going to ramp up our call with a
social media campaign to pressure the major networks and cable news
channels to air the hearings in their entirety.

Trump is not only pushing his lies -- he’s encouraging his endorsed
candidates to undermine our democracy.
In a rally for Massachusetts gubernatorial candidate Geoff Diehl, Trump
said that Diehl would “rule your state with an iron fist” -- the same
"praise" he had for the autocratic leader of China, Xi Jinping.(4)
And across the country, MAGA candidates for state legislature and
secretary of state are promising to swing elections for Trump in 2024 --
no matter who actually wins the vote.(5)
Trump and his cronies must be laid bare to the public as who they are:
traitors to the country.
The next hearings will likely include Ginni Thomas -- wife of Supreme
Court Justice Clarence Thomas -- who encouraged the overturning of the
2020 election, and Newt Gingrich, who has promoted claims that the
election was stolen.(6) Their testimony will show how the effort to
undermine our electoral process has reached into every branch of our
government. People MUST witness this testimony and understand the danger
our democracy is in from MAGA candidates.
