State and Local Workshops: Tools to Fight Corporate Power — and Win
Featuring Minnesota AG Keith Ellison, Illinois Rep. Bob Morgan, and New York Asmb. Anna Kelles
September 13-15, 12:00 to 1:00 PM ET / 9:00 to 10:00 AM PT
The fight against corporate power is growing in all 50 states. Just last week, Economic Liberties’ sister 501(c)(4) organization, Fight Corporate Monopolies, [[link removed]] launched a new coalition [[link removed]] of state and local leaders leading the charge against corporate power. The American Prospect described [[link removed]] the task force as a “counterweight to conservative organizations like the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC)."
Join Economic Liberties and elected champions for a series of workshops on September 13th, 14th, and 15th at 12pm ET/9am PT . We’re also releasing a set of aggressive toolkits for state and local policymakers seeking to revive antitrust law, stop dangerous mergers, and protect working people, small business, and local communities from extractive corporations.
Come learn and strategize innovative political and legislative tactics to challenge corporate power, and be inspired from recent wins across the country.
