This is the FIRST of our filings in 8 state Supreme Courts defending abortion bans that will save the lives of countless unborn babies.

The abortion industry is trying to overturn a 100-year-old Oklahoma law even after a reaffirmance of that law passed this year that protects the lives of unborn babies from the horror of abortion.

This is nothing more than an attempt to create a permanent right to abortion out of thin air through an abuse of the judiciary. It’s outrageous.

Today we are filing on behalf of not only you, but also dozens of OK state legislators asking the state Supreme Court to allow us to file a critical amicus brief this month defending the state’s right to protect babies and ban the evil of abortion. But we need you to take action with us.
