Leora Levy: Voters Don’t Trust Blumenthal After Stolen Valor Lies

GREENWICH, CT – Political outsider and U.S. Senate candidate Leora Levy has been campaigning across Connecticut, talking with voters about the issues that matter. Connecticut veterans in particular, have shared their anger that Dick Blumenthal stole veterans’ valor, expressing they cannot trust a career politician who intentionally misled voters about his service. In other words, he lied.

On Blumenthal stealing veterans’ valor, Levy noted:

“We live in freedom because of the sacrifices made by our active-duty military and our veterans - true American heroes who stepped up to give so much. Their selfless service is in stark contrast to Blumenthal, who stole valor from our veterans. Every time I visit a VFW or meet a veteran while traveling throughout our great state, they let me know that they will never forget nor trust Blumenthal after he stole veterans’ valor by lying about serving in Vietnam. The truth of the matter is anyone who has made a career by lying about serving the American people, when others have sacrificed and given so much, should never be rewarded at all, let alone with a job serving the American People.

“Connecticut deserves better, our veterans deserve better, and our country deserves better.”

About Leora

I am running to take on the far-left whose policies will make our country look more like the Communist Cuba my family and I escaped in 1960 than the United States we have all known and loved. I am running for Senate to lead the fight for freedom. Joe Biden isn't on the ballot in November, but his policies are. The way to beat back Biden is to beat Dick Blumenthal, and I am the political outsider who can get it done.
