From Barnet, Camden, Haringey, Enfield and Islington Community Mental Health Services:-Please join them on 30 September at Hornsey Vale Community Centre, Mayfield Road, London N8 9LP in Haringey, 1-4pm, to learn about the way they are transforming community mental health services across Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington. Their Community Mental Health Transformation Programme is working across five boroughs, Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and
Islington. Staff from each will be at the event to talk about the work that they are doing and listen to your feedback and your thoughts on what they need to do to make services better for you; they’ll also have some small discussion groups, they’ll be asking for your feedback, and they’ll be serving refreshments.

London Hearing Voices Network Meeting (online), Tuesday 13 September, 2.00 - 4.30pm (From Mind in Camden)Luke Drummond-Poynter (he/him) is a 21 year old Psychology student at UCL; like many of us, he has experienced madness. Luke will tell his story of psychosis: hearing voices innocently and experiencing reality differently as a child, becoming more troubled with age and engaging in self-harm, an episode in 2017 which left him unable to leave the house, in active psychosis and with longing for suicide, to growing past it and reflecting on what it means to be a mad
person in a state of sanity. As he does so, he will communicate his experience of psychosis in a way that pays heed to his love for it- to the power and the misery of the mad. Book London Hearing Voices Network Meeting (online)

volunteers and the people who use our services to design and deliver higher quality, more person-centred services. Other services run by Inclusion Barnet that you might be interested in are: Benefits Advice Service (supporting disabled people in Barnet to access the benefits they are entitled to). Touchpoint (supports people experiencing any form of disability in Barnet to access the services and resources they need). Healthwatch Barnet (an independent, statutory organisation dedicated to improving health and social care services in Barnet).
