BREAKING via NBC News: "Doug Mastriano, the GOP nominee for PA governor, sues Jan. 6 committee"

Friend: While the Jan. 6 committee works tirelessly to protect democracy by holding leaders accountable for the insurrection and attempts to overturn the election, Trump-endorsed GOP nominee Doug Mastriano is doing everything he can to perpetuate a disproven conspiracy theory.

Evidence suggests Mastriano was involved in an "alternate electors" scheme to steal the election, and he was on the grounds of the Capitol during the insurrection. Now, he is suing the Jan. 6 committee in an attempt to avoid testifying.

As more and more Republicans in Trump's cult continue to subscribe to conspiracy theories and deny the 2020 election results, the Jan. 6 committee's effort is now more critical than ever.
