Hi John, I know your time is valuable so I'll get straight to the point:

My name is Robin Fulford and I’m proud to be the Democratic nominee running against Dan Crenshaw for Congress.

I have every intention of sending him into political retirement (where he belongs)—but I can’t win this election alone.

The good news: Nate Silver at FiveThirtyEight has our team surging in this race. I’ve gone up in the polls for eight weeks straight, while Dan’s numbers keep plummeting ⬇.

The bad news: Even with our momentum, Republicans are still a few points ahead—against me, against Beto in his bid for the Governor’s office, and in almost every race here in Texas.

The better news: I hope you're realizing the same thing—The polls in my race are proof that our hard work is paying off with Texas voters. We're catching up to my opponent. BIG TIME.

The people of Texas support my agenda, not Dan Crenshaw’s.
* Just 13% of Texans agree with Dan Crenshaw’s extreme position on abortion. It’s dangerous and Texas voters won’t stand for it.
* A majority of Texans oppose Dan Crenshaw’s “guns for all” position and don’t think he’s doing enough to keep our kids safe at school.
* 59% of voters in my district think Texas is heading in the WRONG direction under Dan’s leadership.
* 79% of Texans think Dan Crenshaw is doing a BAD JOB in Congress.

Once Texans know the facts of this race, they’ll elect me and fire Dan in November. But it’s up to us to ensure that the Texas GOP doesn’t drown out our message and that we turn voters out to the polls.
