Hello,

Wanted to send you a quick note to commemorate today’s anniversary.

I’m sure all of you remember where you were twenty-one years ago when our country was attacked, taking thousands of innocent lives. Today, I’m sitting in remembrance of that day and especially of the brave first responders and their families, many of whom still feel the effects of this terrible day.

In the aftermath of 9/11, our country came together, and it gives me hope that we’re still able to come together to fight for what we believe in. We can come together and reject hate and reject anti-democratic extremism. We can come together to make a better future for ALL of us.

Today, I’m spending time with my family reflecting on this tragedy and I hope you’ll join me in taking a moment to remember the victims of the September 11 attacks and the families who mourn them, and to celebrate the survivors.

Have a great rest of your Sunday.

– Brad
